5. Liability

RUIZ CASTEL PROCURADORS is not liable for the damages and prejudicial circumstances that may arise from, including, but not limited to, the following:

(i) Inferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns and/or disconnections in the operation of this electronic system or in Users’ I.T. equipment and apparatus, due to causes that are external to RUIZ CASTEL PROCURADORS, which impede or delay the provision of services or navigation through the System.

(ii) Delays or blockages in use caused by deficiencies or overloads on the Internet or in other electronic systems.

(iii) Those that may be caused by third parties through trespassing that is beyond the control and not attributable to RUIZ CASTEL PROCURADORS

6. Intellectual and industrial property.

The source code, graphic designs, images, photographs, sounds, animations, software, texts, domain names, brand names, as well as the information and content set out throughout the Website are protected by Spanish Law, in favour of RUIZ CASTEL PROCURADORS or the owner as indicated.

7.- Use of hyperlinks

Any dispute relating to this website shall be governed by Spanish Law, the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may have recourse, and submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona unless a mandatory jurisdiction is applicable, such as, for example, the consumer’s domicile.
